The Price Based on Country PRO plugin license consists of two parts:
(1) The PHP code and integrated HTML are licensed under the General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0.
(2) All items included in the “assets” directory, including the CSS code, images, and design, are protected by copyright. The license allows you to use these items according to the following terms:
- You are licensed to use the Items on a single site and one staging site.
- You can’t Sell the Items.
- You can’t re-distribute the Items as stock, in a tool or plugin, or with source files. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or superficial modifications. These are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
- You can combine the Items with other items and make a derivative work. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
We distribute “WooCommerce Price Based on Country” and other plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins. We do not offer support for WordPress or other WordPress plugins we have not developed.
Free support service for “Price Based Country for WooCommerce” from the WordPress.org support forum page is not guaranteed.
Purchasing a license key gives you access to the “Priority Support Ticket” system. Support and automatic updates are provided for a term of 12 months from the time of purchase. After 12 months, the license must be renewed to continue receiving Priority Support and automatic updates.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can or will be answered to the extent or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
Automatic Updates are available to customers who have purchased a support license in accordance with their license. You can not share or resell access to your support license key.
Automatic updates are provided for a term of 12 months from the time of purchase. After 12 months, the license must be renewed to continue receiving support and product updates.
After successfully processing your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
Your license key is available in your account area, along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted if your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
We may, on occasion, sends you email notifications related to your support license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices, and other transactional emails related to your purchase. By purchasing a support license, you agree to receive these transactional emails.

Because the number and variety of plugins are vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss due to installing or using “WooCommerce Price Based on Country.” We may provide support at our discretion if conflicts occur with third-party software. Additionally, we are not liable and will not be held responsible for any personal loss, site damage, site errors, theft, fraud, loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or opportunities, or loss of customers or clients as a result of installing or using “WooCommerce Price Based on Country.”
We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel, or upgrade a support license key without prior notice or consent. Any price change will be reflected on the website. In the event that any price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference in the price from the time you purchased.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot always work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have an issue that we cannot resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 14 days of the first plugin purchase.
- Your issue(s) comes from the inability to install the software properly or get it to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- Your system meets the minimum requirements.
- We have not solved any technical support requests from you before the refund request since you have consumed our support services that are impossible to return.
- No refunds will be processed for “accidental” purchases.
- No refunds will be processed for renewal and upgrade payments.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
Since we provide a free version of the plugin to allow you to test and evaluate the product before purchasing the paid version, we can’t grant refunds if your issue is one of the following:
- “The plugin does not work as I thought.”
- “It is not what I need for my project.”
- “The plugin does not allow selecting the currency independent of the customer country.”
