You did not add the MaxMind license
WooCommerce uses the free MaxMind GeoIP database to determine the correct customer location. For WooCommerce can download the MaxMind database periodically, you have to set a free MaxMind license key.
Go to WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status and scroll down to Geolocation debug info to check if you need to add the MaxMind license or some problem that could cause the geolocation function does not work correctly.

If you are using a cache plugin, you have to enable the option “Load product price in the background.” After, clear (or purge) the cache of your cache plugin.
